Who we are

Dermwax is a professional waxing brand created, manufactured and sold by Spa Order, a Delasco company. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with dermwax.com (the "Site").

This Site is informational. It does not offer accounts, checkout or online ordering. Purchases happen on spaorder.com, which has its own privacy policy and terms.

Information you submit

The Site has no contact forms, no newsletter signup, no login and no payment processing. We do not ask you to submit personal information through this Site. If you choose to email or call us, see "When you contact us" below.

The Site lists independent distributors as a convenience. Those listings describe businesses, not individuals. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, websites or conduct of any distributor, and their sites are governed by their own policies.

We keep email and phone correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record, then delete or archive it in line with our internal retention practices.
